I don't want fox racing and thor and stuff like that I have a lot of those shirts .Everybody wears those even people who have probably never sat on a dirtbike. I want things like fmf, pro circuit, honda, ktm,ogio, fly,factory effects,one industries,rockstar,monster. Also I saw a shirt some kid had one day and on the back it had someone doing a whip and it said "what i live for" anyone know where i can get that shirt?

Apart from looking at what online motocross stores may have like mxsouth and btosports have a look on ebay. It is amazing how many different brands you can pick up really cheap on ebay

I went to a website called Apple Defects. The top two things that concerned me was the one that MacBooks discolor but it only mentions the white ones...and there was a review that an Apple Genius told a customer that ALL macbook pros are a bit bent...

The discoloration was a problem for the first gen White Macbooks in 2006. The newer models do not have the problem. As for which one to buy, it depends on your needs. You will only really need the Macbook Pro if you are going to be using programs such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Final Cut, or just really need the bigger screen. While the Macbook will run Photoshop and Dreamweaver great, the Pro will run them much faster.

Protecting Your Eyes with the Right Routines and Eyewear

Our eyesight is probably the most important sense for a lot, if not all, people. Close to 75% of North Americans believe that their sight is the most important sense they have. Yet only about 40% of North Americans have an annual eye exam, and a full 85% admit that they do not care for their eyes as much as they should. This leaves a lot of Americans with poor vision, which results to a greater need to wear prescribed glasses and other necessary eyewear to help you see better.

Prevention is still a lot better that any corrective eyeglasses and eye supplements. Avoid having to wear geeky-looking, thick glasses by protecting your eyes, literally. You can do this by choosing the right protective sunglasses. Look for sungalsses that tells you how much UV protection the glasses offer. Ideally, your sunglass should block 99% to 100% of UV radiation. This means that the glasses will block 95% of UV radiation. UV radiation can cause irritation and even cataract in the long run. Dark colored sunglasses don't necessarily protect you better. Gray, green, and brown lenses usually give better protection than other colors. More expensive designer shades may be more fashionable, but they don't necessarily provide more protection. If you do decide to go for designer sunglasses, remember to look for the UV-protection label.

Close-fitting eyewear help block light more effectively. Look for wraparound shades or large lenses. Yellow or brown tinted lenses are more effective at counteracting the 'blue' glare on snow. That is the reason why most hobby-related and sports-related eyewear (dive masks, ski goggles, swim goggles) are made with the said color lenses. You can even have sunglasses and goggles fitted with prescription lenses.

For people who already use glasses, you can still lessen the gravity of damage to your eyes by performing eye exercises and relaxation techniques daily to increase optical muscle strength and coordination. Just take 30 minutes of your day to relax and rest your eyes by closing them for 10-15 minutes, and then rotating your eyes slowly for 2-3 minute to loosen tensed muscles on the eye sockets.

Awareness of healthy habits is also an important part of eye care. Watching TV, computer use, reliance on optical correction from glasses and contacts, as well as the normal aging process, all contribute to weak and distorted vision. Heavy alcohol consumption damages vision; and so do fat-concentrated food. The eyes have a very great need for oxygen and quality nutrients. A high-fat diet can restrict blood flow to the eyes (and all other parts of the body), and is directly related to incidence of macular degeneration.

Prolonged use of computers is one of the most common reasons for poor vision. Though your glasses can lessen the glare from the computer, a day of rest from the monitor still goes a long way. If daily computer use is unavoidable, then make sure you get a computer glare protector that can be attached to your screen. Wearing glasses with protective tints also helps lessen the stress on your eyes.

If, in case, you do need to get eyeglasses, then make sure you have your eyes checked every 6 months. Choose eyeglass frames that fit well (and look good on you) so your eyes don't get too stressed. Diablo 3 Preview Info: For Those that Just Can't Wait!

It's an exciting game; there is no doubt about it! For those that have looked through the previews and love this game, you are probably chomping at the bit to get your hands on it. While the release date hasn't been made public yet, Diablo 3 is creating quite a stir in the gaming world. It's expected to be on of the best sellers of the year – whichever year it's released in! If you are looking for a little bit of information about this upcoming gaming experience, read on!

 

The previews are very positive. As Diablo 2 did, Diablo iii returns with the same characters as before, but with a few extra classes. The customization of the characters has greatly improved, allowing you to maximize the power of the character. One of the new classes is the Witch Doctor, which most reviewers are quite pleased with. Through potions, spells, and powers, as well as the use of the undead, unleashes a new level of play. Diablo 3 starts off where Diablo 2 left off with the characters, but it's twenty years later.

 

In Diablo 3, Deckard Cain returns to the Tristram, only to find the Burning Hells plotting to release a new terror rampage on the unsuspecting world. Through the Havoc Physic system, you can still set very visual and effective traps, while use the elements around you to your advantage. The visual effects of Diablo iii are truly fantastic, just as with the previous versions.

 

As the characters return to fight again, they will visit new and old places within the sanctuary to once again fight the dark devils. For those that loved the Diablo and Diablo 2, Diablo 3 will provide you with the gaming experience you've come to expect from Blizzard.

 

So, you want to know when Diablo iii is being released. There are millions of fans that wonder the same thing. Blizzard is keeping the release date, as well as the price tag quiet at the moment. Many fans believe it will be available for the holiday season this year, but some speculate that Diablo 3 will not be ready in time. However, Blizzard did say that both the PC and the Mac versions will be released at the same time. Golf Is A Hard Enough Game Without Handicapping Yourself With Poor Instruction

Golf is a hard enough game without handicapping yourself with poor equipment or training. Golfers are a strange group - more optimistic than even people buying lottery tickets - each of which is convinced without a shadow of a doubt that they will win "the big one" and "be set for life"

Many golfers will spend an absolute killing on golfing equipment and even golf apparel but will shudder at the thought of devoting any of their golfing budget towards proper instruction.

Perhaps they think it is not worth it. Perhaps they thing that they can learn from golfing books and the golf on TV. Or the golf channel. Maybe they will obtain golfing skills by instruction from their friends.

After all - all you have to do is hit a few balls. Or perhaps they rationalize that if they "do not like golf" they still have their golfing hardware and equipment which can be sold for cash whereas money spent on education or drinks at the clubhouse is money washed down the river.

It is true that you can learn golf and the sport of golfing from golfing videos, golfing on TV and the golf channel as well as golf and golfing books. There are no shortages of these - indeed there is no shortage of golfers willing to pay or watch these golf instructional aids. It shows you both how golfers long for the game during the cold winter season and in addition once these bad habits are learnt it is a most difficult task, if at all possible , to get rid, or eliminate , those bad golfing habits.

However you can only go so far by teaching yourself golf skills from a book. It is akin to a person trying to learn public speaking by watching his presentations on a video camera. Self evaluation, especially with golfers is very difficult thing even more so when a golfing ego and the frustration of learning the sport are added.

You can learn to golf from friends. Nothing wrong with this. Most golfers start this way. Indeed if no one else showed us the basics few would ever pick up the sport. However unless your friends are professional golfers you may well end up with the same poor golf swing habits that plague your friends and limit their golf game. On top of that your friends may lack teaching skills as well as patience. Even if you end up with good golf instruction you may end up with fewer friends in the mix.

The sad fact is that if you do not learn properly from the beginning from an actual golf instructor or a golf pro you will be forever fighting poor golf habits - which you will quickly have adopted and will find very difficult, if ever to unlearn or lose on the golf course or during the golf game.

If you continue to golf as a sport or recreation, somewhere along the line you are going to have to pay for lessons to eliminate or get over these bad golfing habits. Why not do it from the start? You will learn properly. You will golf well from the start. You will have less frustration and more enjoyment on the golf course.

Even from a financial angle learning from golf pro makes sense. It is always more costly to fix a problem than to prevent it in the first place. On top of that, your golf game and golfing reputation will be better from the start, much less frustrating and you will certainly have a much better round of golf with your golfing buddies, feel more comfortable and at ease on the links and overall have a much enjoyable time and better memories of your career with the game of golf and golfing.

The Pet Food Controversy

Food in general has been controversial, from human children’s formulas to pet food, but tremendous concerns have risen and questions abound from pet owners.

Whether you own a cat of dog, makes no difference, for proper nutrition of your pets requires that their food includes meats or fish, and vitamins as well as excluding non-nutritious fillers that the cheaper food contains. In the wild these animals tore at the flesh of other animals, and so the “circle of life†was stimulated and thrived. In the wild too, dogs and cats would eat the organ meats of animals and thus were provided with the legumes, bones, grasses, and fruits that the kill had eaten.

Experts agree that performing research on what you are going to feed your treasured pets is imperative in order to keep them healthy.  Among many other fillers, cellulose, which in effect is sawdust, is frequently used as filler for pet food, and thus is detrimental to your beloved pet because cellulose is not digestible by cats or dogs. Other strange fillers may include scraps from the particular meat listed, such as feathers, beaks, feet and grain hulls that contain no actual nutrition.  At the worst, know that cheap kibble may be laced with preservatives such as BHT, BHA, and possibly the antioxidant Ethoxiquin, all of which can make pets very sick.

It is crucial that you read and weigh the amount of vitamins in any kibble or other pet food.  As mentioned, in the wild, the vitamins are already inherent in what they eat but when man-made food is created, man tends to add preservatives and other non-nutritious additives.

Instead add your own additives in the form of nutritious “people food†such as eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, various vegetables and fruits as your pet indicates a desire for by eating them.   Choose carefully though as some “people food†is dangerous for pets, such as raisins, onions, chocolate and cocoa, as well as macadamia nuts.  Again and again it cannot be stressed enough that proper research be done. Often sick pets are brought to vets and the vets find that the dogs and cats being presented have over-caloried diets, but the poor animals are actually under nourished!

Grain-based diets also do not bring with them the proper nutrition to cats and dogs, and therefore bring illness to the pets. As with humans, chicken based diets are considered the best for dogs. Optimum human diets announce that fat, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and enzymes should be well balanced, and so it is with pet food.  Remember when researching for the optimum food to feed your pet that the primary ingredients on the can or box are listed first, and the gradient falls from there.  You need not be a scientist to purchase the best food for your pets, but careful adherence to the afore-mentioned “balance†should point you to the best.  If in doubt, then of course the best person to consult is your local vet that takes care of your pet.

Two thirds of British holidaymakers have admitted that they will now be spending less on their holidays due to the credit crunch. This has prompted the Foreign Office to voice concerns that people will opt out of getting comprehensive travel insurance, adding potential financial ruin to the trauma of experiencing a serious problem abroad . Currently, one in four Britons go on holiday without insurance and risk having to spend thousands in repatriation costs raising concerns that this figure will rise. As one travel industry observer has noted, "it’s a false economy to do without travel insurance and it should be regarded as a holiday essential. It’s just as important as packing your passport." Travel insurance premiums vary greatly, as does the cover provided but, relative to the overall holiday costs, it really is a small amount to pay for the 'peace of mind' it gives. But do beware falling into the trap that seeking out the cheapest insurance deal is ok for all situations. The old adage that 'you get what you pay for' can also apply to low end insurance policies. You do need to check that what is being offered will provide you with the cover you need.

When looking for cheap travel insurance, there are some simple rules to apply. Do your homework. Firstly, know what you want. Are you looking for a policy to cover you for just one trip or if you are going to travel more than once, then why not consider an annual multi-trip travel insurance policy instead? That could save you money over the year. Then read the policy schedule. Most internet sites are good at giving an instant quote - that is what they are designed to do but fewer provide easily accessible information to indicate what the policy covers. At the very least, you should look at the policy schedule. This is the table that shows the level of cover against various risks. Choose a policy that satisfies your needs.

The areas that cost the most in a travel insurance policy tend to be cancellation, personal effects and medical cover. If you are booking long in advance, then cancellation cover is a must (normally around the £3000 figure is sufficient) as this safeguards you if you have to cancel because of, say, a close family illness or being called for jury service, to name but two examples. If however, you are taking a last minute holiday, then perhaps cancellation cover is not as necessary so you could reduce your premium considerably by choosing a policy with limited or no cancellation. Likewise, reducing your baggage cover can see your premiums nose dive. When it comes to medical cover, the FCO recommends a level of £2 million as being more than adequate, so perhaps you don't need to buy the policy that offers £10 million. Next check the small print. Very few of us take the time to read the small print but the ‘devil is in the detail’ for sure. Ask yourself some key questions. Is where I want to travel covered by the policy, for example, is Egypt in Europe or Rest of the World as definitions do differ from company to company? Am I covered if caught up in a terrorist incident? Do I need to produce a police report if I have money or personal effects stolen? What about hazardous activities? Am I covered to bungee jump on my trip for instance? Make a list of simple questions relating to your trip and then check the policy.

So is there such a thing as cheap travel insurance? Most definitely there is but the simple rule of thumb is that the cheaper the policy, the more restrictive it is likely to be. But you can help yourself by knowing what to look out for and wherever possible tailoring your insurance to your exact needs and that way make your travel insurance cheaper.
