Awesome putter!!!!

I’ve been playing golf for about 20 years and one of my biggest strengths has always been putting, that is until the last year or so. I’ve always been a fan of a heavier putter and I had good luck with the mallet style “CARBITE” brand, but after 10 years or so, the ball just didn’t seem to come off the face the same. I switched to a Nike Unitized Neo Putter. It had the best feel at the time and I did “ok” with it. Well, I was in a golf tournament a couple of weeks ago (Captains choice) and one of the people in our foursome had this weird looking putter, a two-ball backstryke. He said that his Pro friend in Florida switched over to it and swore by it, so he bought one. Needless to say, he made a majority of the putts and all of the putts outside 15 feet. I tried his a couple of times and really loved the feel of it. I went to our local pro shop and tried out the two-ball again and the Marxman. The Marxman just seemed to have a little better feel and set-up for me. I prefer to do a slight forward press with my hands prior to hitting my putt and with the handle slightly over and ahead of the ball it seemed to me that it was a much smoother transition and motion. I went to the putting green today and sunk more putts than I ever have. If you are having trouble with your putting and/or you are looking to improve, I would highly suggest this putter and as always Amazon and Amazon prime are the way to go.

no more 3 putts for me..

I went to a local box store to “try” a bunch of different putters. I had been struggling with putts and felt the old adage of a stroke is a stoke really weighing on my score card. It became more apparent with a recent round when a friend noticed my greens in two turning into bogies or pars and he offered his 2 ball Odyssey putter for the back nine. I Liked it and realized it was time for a change. So golf shop it was and trying all the putters I picked this one up thinking i can’t imagine how you can hit this, must be odd, I tried it. WOW…really, dead on, no bounce off the face, smooth stroke feel, and most important I found distance so much easier to judge. I am accurate with a 2 ball butter, but I can get a much better distance even on long putts with this putter. For me its been a huge difference My last round I had 28 putts in 18 holes….about 10 stokes better just on putts. Love this putter…

Quick note….I bought from here for 2 reasons…price was $30 less here (not taking tax into account, but also I wanted the 35 inch and they only had the 34 locally.
